1/2cupsugaror sugar substitute
1tablespooncinnamon
1/2cupbutter
2-3flour tortillas
Instructions
Melt the butter in the microwave. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Stir cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the buttered side of each tortilla. Repeat with the other side.

Cut each tortilla into eight wedges. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes, until lightly brown. Turn over and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until lightly brown on the other side as well.
Notes
If there is leftover cinnamon sugar, store it in a plastic bag to use next time.
