Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Lightly flour a surface and unroll the pizza crust. Using a rolling pin, roll the crust into a 12x16 rectangle.
Evenly spread the marinara sauce over the pizza crust, leaving 1" space on both of the long ends.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the sauce. Top with the cheese, pepperoni, bacon, green pepper, and parsley.
Starting with one of the long ends, tightly roll the dough into a log while carefully keeping the toppings in place. Using a pizza cutter, or a serrated knife, cut the log into 12 - 1" pieces.
Place each roll 2" apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until tops are a golden brown color. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before removing. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
