Thank You Christy for your wonderful website. I have really enjoyed it and all the recipes I have fixed. Some of them I have or similar there of, also having grown up in the south. Its fun to compare the way our grandmothers fixed a meal with what they had! I love the step by step instructions especially for the first time cooking as some instructions leave you hanging as to what they really anticipate for you to do. But most of all I love all your little diddys that you include as you can make cooking fun with all your expressions. I miss the south, although you make me feel like IM back home again!
