Super Simple Coconut Pie

– Baking mix (Bisquick) – Vanilla – Eggs – Margarine – Shredded coconut

Blend all ingredients except coconut.

Pour into greased pie plate, rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle coconut on top.

Bake until cooked and serve with desired topping!
