Milk Salt Pepper Flour Cube steak
Pour just enough oil to coat the bottom of your cast iron skillet and heat oil over medium heat.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat the cube steak with the flour mixture.
Fry steaks and flip to ensure they’re nice and brown on each side.
Use the same pot you use to fry the steak and put flour, salt and pepper. Stir it up before adding milk until it thickens.
Put your steak back into the milk gravy, turn them over to coat both sides and you’re done!
