What You Need to Make Paradise Pancakes

– Hearty Oat Baking Mix – Egg – Milk – Mandarin oranges – Pecans – Coconut – Banana – Cherries

Stir together the pancake mix, egg, and milk in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.

Pour small amount of batter in skillet. Allow to cook until bubbly all over the top and the edges appear dry. Flip and cook until just lightly brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

Once pancakes are cooked, place coconut and pecan pieces in the same skillet and cook, stirring often, over medium-high heat until just toasted.

Sprinkle toasted coconut and pecans on pancakes. Top with sliced bananas and mandarin oranges. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
