– Salted butter – Sugar – Vanilla extract – Egg whites – Flour – Baking powder – Milk – Orange extract – Orange gel food coloring
Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
In a large bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar, Mix in the vanilla and egg whites, and in the flour and baking soda.
Add in the extract and slowly pour in the milk and mix in the food coloring.
Fill the cupcake liners evenly with the batter. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Frost the cupcakes with swirls using a and top with orange gel candies.
