– Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream – Milk – White chocolate pudding mix – Package of Oreos cookies – Whipped cream – Chocolate pie crust
In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix, beating with an electric mixer for about one minute.
Crush Oreos in a plastic bag and add to the pudding mixture, then mix in softened mint ice cream, beating for about two minutes until well incorporated.
Spoon the mixture into a pie crust and freeze for several hours.
Garnish with canned whipped topping and additional Oreos if desired.
