– Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Red potatoes – Italian seasoning herbs – Chicken broth – Italian dressing
Arrange 2 pounds of skinless boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker, add large chunks of red potatoes, and sprinkle with dry Italian seasoning.
Pour chicken broth and Italian dressing over everything. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
