At Last! Today is the debut of Quick Fix Suppers, the video series I’m hosting on SouthernLiving.com. I’m so excited to bring you this series, and especially today’s recipe! Since filming these a few weeks ago, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve made the recipe I’ll be showing you today. It’s just that good (and so very simple). At the end, you’ll see the coolest tip, too!
To commemorate the debut of Quick fix Suppers, we’d like for you to go watch the videos and come back and tell us what you think!
I’ll pick ten comments at random on Sunday night and we’ll send each of those an advance copy of the June issue of Southern Living Magazine, which hits newsstands on May 20th.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me spread the word about my new series! Please head on over and watch them and be sure and tell your friends!
Gratefully, Christy

— Series Complements New Column Based on Readers’ Questions, Debuting in the June Issue, on Newsstands May 20th
New York, NY – Southern Living introduces “Quick-Fix Suppers,” a new video series starring cookbook author and blogger Christy Jordan of Southern Plate, who demonstrates how to make dinner in 45 minutes or less.Daily time-saving tips accompany Jordan’s weekly 3- to 4-minute, how-to videos so people can spend less time in the kitchen and more time around the table. Christy’s cooking demos make every meal seem incredibly easy and fun.”Readers can ask questions online at www.southernliving/quickfix or on Facebook.
