At Last! Today is the debut of Quick Fix Suppers, the video series I’m hosting on SouthernLiving.com. I’m so excited to bring you this series, and especially today’s recipe! Since filming these a few weeks ago, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve made the recipe I’ll be showing you today. It’s just that good (and so very simple). At the end, you’ll see the coolest tip, too!

What a natural you are! I can hardly wait to try the Tacos and Mango Salsa. Of course I’ll have to go get new cupcake tins as my old one found it’s way to the shop to be used for glue and solvents…told my darling to keep it. What a truly brilliant assembly idea. Christy, you are awesome! Loved the recipe, the taco holder idea (really cool idea), and how down to earth you are! My husband has required that I now stop preferencing all references to you and your recipes with, “You, know, Christy Jordan, from the Southern Plate website” and instead just say “SHE says….” You are so frequently a part of my conversations that only a pronoun is needed! 😉 Keep the great ideas and recipes coming!
