How to Make Orange Dreamsicle Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
In a large bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar.
Mix in the vanilla and egg whites.
Mix in the flour and baking soda.
Add in the extract and slowly pour in the milk while continuously mixing.

PIPING BAG TIP: To add the frosting to a piping bag, I recommend putting the piping bag around the lid of a cup as shown here, and scooping the frosting into it. This makes it SO much easier to fill a piping bag!!
