I’ve been giving this a lot of thought, trying to come up with what I’d really like most of all. We have a roof over our heads, food on the table, and two healthy kids so there really isn’t a whole lot more to ask for. On the selfish side, I have some pots and pans that I love, two cats that are extra cuddly, and a dog that is so devoted the kids refer to her as “Mama’s Shadow”.
But it IS Christmas after all and I really should come up with something I’d like to have so here goes…
I’d like to pick up a few more school papers and find these on the back of them.
I’d like to enjoy more grins, chuckles, and silly jokes from these two little critters.
I might even like to get gussied up a time or two more and go out with this critter…
I’d like another year filled with good food and folks to share them with.
But most of all, I want another year of a whole lot of this.

This Christmas I want to give thanks for the birth of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Additionally, I would like another year with my small family with the simple pleasures of life that would include suppers (sometimes eating out!), beach days, boat rides, and just working together.
Another year to share love and make memories with my family – and a really nice food processor!!
I want a healthy and happy family and friends. For the world to love one another and to do a really good job at raising my children.
The past few years for our family have been really challenging, but I know so many people are facing challenges harder than ours. I am just so grateful and happy to have what we do and it makes me value the little things so much more. My wish is for everyone to feel comfort and joy in their time of need or despair.
I AM SO BLESSED ALREADY WITH HEALTHY KIDS, WONDERFUL HUSBAND AND A ADORABLE GRANDDAUGHTER. I STILL HAVE MY MOTHER AND MY SISTER AND ALL THREE BROTHERS STILL HERE WITH ME. WHAT COULD I POSSIBLY WANT. I STILL HAVE SOMEWHAT HEALTHY. GEE I HAVE JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. ONE MOST IMPORTANT I HAVE GOD IN MY LIFE. I AM TRULY BLESSED.
