Nestlé Family Holiday Exchange

Southern Plate 24/7 Moms Oh Amanda

Today we’re giving away a basket filled with stocking stuffers, including Wonka Fun Dip Books and a Crunch/Paul Frank Gift Basket! We’re also giving away a $100 Visa Gift Card!

To enter, join in the conversation about what is on your Christmas wish list this year.

I’ve been giving this a lot of thought, trying to come up with what I’d really like most of all. We have a roof over our heads, food on the table, and two healthy kids so there really isn’t a whole lot more to ask for. On the selfish side, I have some pots and pans that I love, two cats that are extra cuddly, and a dog that is so devoted the kids refer to her as “Mama’s Shadow”.

But it IS Christmas after all and I really should come up with something I’d like to have so here goes…

I’d like to pick up a few more school papers and find these on the back of them.

I’d like to enjoy more grins, chuckles, and silly jokes from these two little critters.

I might even like to get gussied up a time or two more and go out with this critter…

I’d like another year filled with good food and folks to share them with.

But most of all, I want another year of a whole lot of this.

🙂

…and a new hair dryer.  Hey, I do have SOME material needs ~winks~

To enter this giveaway, tell me what you have on your

Christmas wish list this year in the comments section below.

I’ll choose one winner at random tonight at 8:00 PM Central and announce here and on facebook so you can get back with us and your prize package can go out as soon as possible.

Leave a comment below and good luck!

Disclaimer: I have partnered with Nestle Family to be a part of this Holiday Exchange series of blog posts. I have not been paid for a positive opinion and all opinions expressed within this post are my own. I haven’t left the house without makeup since I was in third grade and my hair requires enough product to sink a ship just to look like it isn’t clinging to my head for dear life. Oh, and I’ve broken both my pinky toes so many times I can no longer move them. ~takes a deep breath and smiles in satisfaction~. I feel all disclosed now. Good Luck!

  1. I’m just truly thankful for my family….it’s been a really rough year in lots of ways, so I’m just grateful that God gives grace and mercy and true joy! I would also like a new hair straightner and some hot rollers lol…..

  2. Wishing for time with my family and to see joy in my boy’s eyes on christmas morning. Health and happiness for all my friends.

  3. My wish would be that our nation would turn back to the values our country was founded on. That we could say merry Christmas without offending anyone. Most of all that everyone could know the savior whose birth we celebrate.

  4. My wish for Christmas this year is too bring together my family and my son’s girlfriend’s family – too make this year special – we have already been blessed because my son’ girlfriends stepdad found out he had lung cancer last month the doctors were able cut it out. So our Christmas wish is for him to get through the Chemo and be cancer free… God is a God of Miracles!

  5. I really never ask for anything for Christmas because I really have all I need with my wonderful family and hubby. I’m also a person who buys what I need when I see I can get a good deal, so there’s not much left for me to ask for. Don’t get me wrong, there are lots of things we go without. I would really love a minivan and a fenced in backyard and weekly maid service and ……. But, Christmas is about the kids to us. It’s the best gift to watch them open their presents. I am wishing this year for some shelving and cabinets that dear hubby has promised to build. I’ll give him until next Christmas to complete. 🙂

  6. My Mom has been diagnosed with liver cancer. Hospice has been called in .. I am her primary care giver. The dr told us she would probably not be here this Christmas. She is declining every day, but she’s still here. I want this Christmas to be a good one for her since it will be her last. She doesn’t have much of an appetite anymore, and I wish for her to be able to enjoy her Christmas dinner.. Our family could not all be together this year, physically, but we will be able to “visit” through Skype..and I am thankful for this time that I have been able to spend with her.

  7. This year especially I am so thankful all my family is well and happy.
Christmas is a really hard time for my two boys(both grown up) since their Dad died
two years ago. But we talk about the “remember whens” and it seems to make the holiday a lot easier to deal with.
