To enter, join in the conversation about what is on your Christmas wish list this year.
I’ve been giving this a lot of thought, trying to come up with what I’d really like most of all. We have a roof over our heads, food on the table, and two healthy kids so there really isn’t a whole lot more to ask for. On the selfish side, I have some pots and pans that I love, two cats that are extra cuddly, and a dog that is so devoted the kids refer to her as “Mama’s Shadow”.
But it IS Christmas after all and I really should come up with something I’d like to have so here goes…
I’d like to pick up a few more school papers and find these on the back of them.
I’d like to enjoy more grins, chuckles, and silly jokes from these two little critters.
I might even like to get gussied up a time or two more and go out with this critter…
I’d like another year filled with good food and folks to share them with.
But most of all, I want another year of a whole lot of this.
🙂
…and a new hair dryer. Hey, I do have SOME material needs ~winks~
To enter this giveaway, tell me what you have on your

Disclaimer: I have partnered with Nestle Family to be a part of this Holiday Exchange series of blog posts. I have not been paid for a positive opinion and all opinions expressed within this post are my own. I haven’t left the house without makeup since I was in third grade and my hair requires enough product to sink a ship just to look like it isn’t clinging to my head for dear life. Oh, and I’ve broken both my pinky toes so many times I can no longer move them. ~takes a deep breath and smiles in satisfaction~. I feel all disclosed now. Good Luck!
I had to have my precious poodle put to sleep several weeks ago, and it has been really hard. My Christmas wish is selfish, I know, but I am hoping for the right rescue puppy to come along and let me provide a good home for it.
My kiddos have both learned to ride bikes now. So, what I would love for Christmas is a bike for myself so I can ride with them. Have a very Merry Christmas!
I’m just thankful I get a day off to be with my wife and children, I couldn’t ask for more! Maybe some good food to go along with that!
I want another year with my aging parents and all of my siblings. I want my best friend’s son to be safe another year serving with the Marines. I want to have another healthy year for myself. Most of all, I want a world that goes back to some kind of sense…no more senseless killings, no more hatred. I know that’s asking a lot, but oh, what a glorious day THAT would be!
For Christmas 2010, I would like to have a family time together with my husband, son and grandchildren. We’ve had lots of illness, divorce and 2 parents’ deaths in 2010. It would be healing to share love, peace and joy. Merry Christmas everyone! And congratulations to whomever wins!
just like you christy i have all that i could ever ask for , a roof, a healthy family, and good food on my table, however i am an in home childcare provider and some of my kids are not so fortunate. although i only keep seven, a couple of them “their families” do struggle to put food on there table, but have to have a sitter on order to work. I have taken care of them as far as christmas, and i do provide them two meals a day plus snacks in my home.. it would just be nice to give them something a little extra, like i NEVER had when i was growing up. i remember very well being poor and not having what others have, its nice to be able to give back. Merry Christmas to you and your family..:)
I wish for a happy Christmas season for me and my family. We lost Papa Bill last week and everyone is just struggling to smile and be jolly. I am praying for a special Christmas blessing for all of us! I love my family 🙂
