I’ve been giving this a lot of thought, trying to come up with what I’d really like most of all. We have a roof over our heads, food on the table, and two healthy kids so there really isn’t a whole lot more to ask for. On the selfish side, I have some pots and pans that I love, two cats that are extra cuddly, and a dog that is so devoted the kids refer to her as “Mama’s Shadow”.
But it IS Christmas after all and I really should come up with something I’d like to have so here goes…
I’d like to pick up a few more school papers and find these on the back of them.
I’d like to enjoy more grins, chuckles, and silly jokes from these two little critters.
I might even like to get gussied up a time or two more and go out with this critter…
I’d like another year filled with good food and folks to share them with.
But most of all, I want another year of a whole lot of this.

I would love to be witness to the miracle of seeing many nations come to know Christ, and to know that I am blessed even when there is no income coming in for the family. My faith is that God will provide when we need it the most.
We have healthy children and a roof over our heads, my husband has work. I can’t be thankful enough. However, my needy side says a mani and a pedi would be wonderful!!
it’s me again. She was almost 19 when diagnosed with Lyme. Who knows if thats what she had way back, but hopefully she will get better with her new treatments. Love ya Christy!

You know Christy, I really don’t have anything that I need, but I do have wants. One of them is that I have a daughter that is healthier this coming year. She is 21 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 11 yrs. old and diagnosed with Lyme’s disease at 19. She is doing alternative things now in hopes that she will get better. I know there are others that are worse off, but when it’s your child and you see them feeling bad most of the time, it’s so disheartening. May all those with sick family members have a better “Next” year!
