HI! I recently discovered your website, and am really enjoying reading these recipes/stories!!! This is such a heartwarming place…. anyway, I made this cake today, and it’s great! I cut back just a little on some of the ingredients, such as the sweetened condensed milk and the caramel, because I didn’t want it to be too sweet… and I made cream cheese icing since hubby is not a cool whip fan. Still scrumptious!!! Will be sharing this cake with a few relatives tomorrow. It tastes better each time I get another piece!
