I so need quick fix dinners!!!
I could use this cookbook. I am tired when I get home from work and could use some easy supper ideas.
I like to precook hamburger and chicken and put the meat in the freezer to use later for easy meals.
My quick fix meal is sloppy joes and french fries in the oven. I would love to have more to add to the list.
Scrambled egg sandwiches or omelets -yummy and quick!
I would love to win and share with my soon to be daughter-in-law 🙂
My quick fix meal is sloppy joes. If I don’t have buns, sandwich bread works just as well.
My daughter, a new bride, is trying to learn to cook and this quick fix recipe book might be just the ticket! She works full time and doesn’t have much time, or skill (wink, wink) so this might be a good place to start… finally… she’s 28 and it’s time she LEARNED!!!
I hope I win I love to cook for my family 🙂
