Congratulations on your new Southern Living series! I LOVE your cookbook- it has been a real life saver, and my family has loved every recipe I’ve tried so far (which is a LOT!) and I have some real picky eaters too. I always try to have on hand pasta, spaghetti sauce, ground beef, chicken breasts, cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables.

What a wonderful opportunity for you Christy! The Lord has certainly blessed your efforts and your generosity in sharing all of your experience and recipes with so many.
I like to keep cooked meats in my freezer which can be combined with vegetables, pasta, jarred marinara sauce, etc. for quick and easy meals.

I always have these things on hand for my …OMG….. What’s for dinner days.
bisquick….h’burger….pork chops…veggies….self rising flour….buttermilk…..eggs
( usually 10 dz. …. I bake ALOT )
cream of chicken & cream of mushroom soups…. potatoes and noodles ( both
homemade and store bought )
You can whip up a pretty good meal darn quick.
