I hope you are having a wonderful Monday and looking forward to a great week. I’m playing catch up on my book this week and getting ready to get my first passport stamp as I head to Ecuador next week with Operation Christmas Child! I’ll have more on that later on this week as well as a special link if you’d like to keep up with my travel journal as that trip unfolds.
Today though, I wanted to bring you some links to my most helpful supper recipes as well as introduce you to the Southern Fried Radio Show! I’ve teamed up with Tim Knox and a great team of producers for a new Southern lifestyle and humor radio show and our first one debuted yesterday.
2015 Update: This was a FUN radio show that we worked on in 2012. I like to try new things and see what sticks! This ran for a good while but didn’t stick like we’d hoped it would so we archived the show and it is no longer available to listen to. However, these recipes are sure to keep you entertained 🙂
And now some of my MOST helpful Supper Links:
Did you know? If you ever lose track of an email I send and you find yourself wanting a recipe that was in it, all you have to do is visit SouthernPlate.com and search for the recipe. Every recipe I have ever sent out can be found on SouthernPlate.com 24/7.

Gratefully,
Christy

Ohh thank you so much Christy…each week I make a “tentative menu” of what I plan for meals each day and make my grocery list from that. Every week I am going through your website to see what we will be having at Brook home. BTW…Sarah your tomato buddy says hello to you and Brady. {{{{grins and waves}}}
Yep- I agree- this is the site I go to whenever I want a taste of home. Living in England sucks in the food department. Dont get me wrong- they have some lovely food here too- but they just dont have the ingredients needed to do our good ole Southern Style Cooking.
Oh goodness Sunny, my heart goes out to you, everyone needs a taste of home!
Yummy!! These look so good Christy….and I love the moving highway….
Your posts are always so creative and the recipes so mouthwatering good!
Blessings….
I am so glad to heat that Diane, it means the world to me!!
I just love your recipes and frequent the site often when I’m stuck for something new. Two of our favs are the Crunchy Beef Casserole and the Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice. Love those! Thanks for all you do!
ohhh, those are two of my favorites too Pam!!
It was nice to see those Hobo packets. My mom made them as a child and I have not thought about them in years! Thanks!
