  1. We always have a bake day at my mom’s house for Christmas. My favorite things to bake are kiss cookies and haystacks.

  2. I am not (well I WAS not) a cook when I recently moved out. The first few months I ate a lot of frozen pizza and mac&chesse (Kraft of course!) but then a co-worker sent me a link to your Chicken Poulet recipe and everything changed from then on. The chicken poulet was actually the first “real” thing I had ever cooked and may I say it was WONDERFUL and by far my FAVORITE recipe! Since then, I’ve tried many of your recipes and have yet to be disappointed! I’ve shared my cooking with my mom, dad, brother, boyfriend, and even my granny and they all approve! Thanks Christy!

And don’t tell…but I even got my mom your cookbook for Christmas! Merry Christmas!

  3. My youngest daughter (who is now 23) calls it “delicious” – she has called it that since she was old enough to talk. It is simply my rendition of spaghetti. It is usually a once-a-week (or weekend) rotation, our entire family loves it. My daughter is now off at college, and on the rare occasions she gets to come home, you guessed it – we always make “delicious!” lol – Merry Christmas everybody, and I love your website! 🙂

  4. We love to bake together! Our favorites are banana bread, pumpkin pie, cobblers, and of course cookies of all kinds!

  5. Since my two are grown, I enjoy cooking their favorite recipes when they come home. My new son-in-law from PA had never eaten Sweet Potato Souffle’ until he visited during his first Thanksgiving…deprived child! He fell in love with it! Now I have three children that appreciates my cooking!

  6. My two daughters and I always make sugar cookies and then the girls decorate them. When they were small they would paint the cookies before baking them with an “egg paint.”
