  1. We call it “Chicken Biscuits”. A filling of chicken and cream cheese wrapped in a crescent roll. Roll in melted butter, then roll in Italian bread crumbs and bake. Serve with a sauce made with Campbells Cream of Chicken soup. Yummy! My sons eat these like crazy.

  2. One of my favorite “meals” to make with my family is our family’s recipe for Brunswick Stew. It’s been a family tradition as long as I can remember, and as a little girl, I was my Grandpappy’s Official Taste-Tester. A full batch is made in an enormous 18 gallon cast iron stew pot, but now my husband and I make it together at home in a slightly smaller fashion. Love it!

  3. Being a male chef in the kitchen is challenging at times during the holidays, but I love to make slow cooked pork roasts with vegetables in the oven made with some fresh baked bread.

  4. I love to make meringues! They are so versatile-some extract and a bit of color and they go from plain white melt in your mouth goodness to a cool breeze of peppermints. Such a special sweet treat for a special season!

    1. I like trying new recipes but my favorite to meal to make is Pork Roast , served with Fruit Chutney.. Veggies ,potatoes and Daddy’s Cocconut cake.

  5. my famous spaghetti. while it is simmering the last hour, we all taste and decide if it needs anything else added to it which it always does. we keep adding until almost the very end but it is sooooo good.
