  1. GENIUS! I could have used this last night – stood with my two trusty forks and shredded chicken breasts for a chicken & dumpling casserole – little did I know it would be the LAST time I ever used two forks for that little chore! 🙂 Loved loved loved the video! Hope the legs are doing better! 🙂

  2. Sometimes its nice to have a video to follow the recipe. It just makes more sense.

When using the mixer to shred meat/chicken.. you recommend we do this when the meat is still hot?

    Thanks~!

  3. You gave me the incentive needed to go out and buy a stand mixer. I have wanted one for ages. Really loved the video, do more. I could listen to your southern accent all day. Take care.

  4. Hi Christy,
I don’t have a stand mixer and really do not have space for one in my tiny apartment but I do believe you have hit upon a great idea!!!! I will pass it along to my daughter since she took my stand mixer when i moved here and had to ownsize. Hope the bones are getting back to normal. I knw what hassle it is getting around with a broken leg, etc. as i broke the femur in my right leg in March, lots f surgery and slowly learning to walk without any aid. Have a great day!
