  2. I look forward to Southernplate as most of the recipes are just what I’m looking for. Perhaps one of the reasons is that I’m a Tarheel, and though I love the southwestern cooking here in Arizona, I would miss so many of the dishes I grew up with but Christi supplies them. Thanks so much.
