I have never cared much for Thousand Island Dressing, preferring the less sweet and more spicy Russian Dressing. I never thought to use hard boiled eggs to cut down on the sweetness but I think that might just do it. Not everyone cares for the more spicy dressing so I like to offer a choice. I’m going to try it out for my lunch today. Thanks.
