My father who passed just a bit prior to yours –loved loved loved corn. In the Midwest, corn is very much a staple–especially during the summer and stopping at the farmstands along the roadside. I never oven roasted but either boiled or put on the grill. Thank you for a new way of making corn so flavorful. The butter and the seasonsing seems like a grand way of bringing out so much flavor.
Oh my goodness, I can’t wait to make the no churn cherry vanilla ice cream. I my try adding some mini semi sweet chips in it. My grandkids are going to love it too ! Thank you !

How long will the homemade icecream last in the freezer? I have not tried making icecream before. This looks delicious.
Keeping it in an airtight container it will likely last up to 2 weeks.
