Hey, howdy, hey, welcome to another new recipe! This, of course, is one of my favorite kind of recipes. How do you make these easy sheet pan chicken fajitas? You just dump stuff on a pan, toss it, and cook it! Voila!

I LOVE fajitas and my favorite part is the onion and bell pepper blends. Funny enough, my husband hates that part so I usually end up eating his share of the veggies, and he ends up eating more of the meat. However, my job is to prepare supper, not to cater it, so my family has learned real quick to find something they like out of each spread, and if that ends up being plain tortillas, so be it. 1. I grew up in the Florida Panhandle and married a man in the construction business. We lived all over the Eastern Seaboard and everywhere we went, people asked about my accent. The worst were when we lived in Central Florida! I finally started telling them, “I’m not surprised to don’t recognize my accent. This is what NATIVE Floridians sound like!”

  2. Tried these out last week. Really good and quick one pan meal. For simple clean up I lined my baking sheet with non-stick foil.

  3. My husband and I both grew up in Southern California and then moved to Oklahoma after I graduated high school. Our kids, now adults, sound like us and never really picked up an Oklahoma accent. The interesting thing is that I have several cousins who also moved here from California and all of their kids have accents. The difference is that my cousins married people from Oklahoma.

After living here almost 37 years the only time I sound a little “Okie” is when I’m tired – ha!

  4. There is nothing I’d rather listen to than a good ole Southern drawl. I love it!
    Love your blog too!

  5. Lol! It’s so funny, I was born and raised in St. Louis and had that Midwestern brogue. I’ve lived in Texas for almost 17 years and now when I go home, my family says “you have a Texas accent”. I just laughed it off until someone recorded me telling them “ya’ll are nuts”. And boy howdy, I do have a bit of a twang!! Love this idea for fajitas, even better, my Kroger sells the fajita veggies all sliced up so that is one less step for me to get supper going. Guess what I’m having tonight. With Spanish rice and pico!!!! Yum!!

  6. So glad to have this simple recipe for fajitas! Something my bunch will eat.

That video, though, was so sweet. Your precious, vivacious baby girl makes me almost cry. Your son reminds me so much of my James (son) at that age. He graduates tomorrow…sniff…WAIL. Thank you, God, for these children. Thank you for the gift of motherhood. Thank you.
