The Alabama Pulled BBQ chicken is wonderful! We like it just as shown, on a bun with coleslaw. So yummy! Another favorite in my house is the Crockpot Cashew Chicken. I always have to add more vegetables because this dish disappears almost as soon as I put it on the table, but it is just as good with only one veggie, like the sugar snap peas or julienne carrots. We also like to add some fried chow mein noodles on top for a little crunch.
I have tried the angel chicken and wild rice and chicken recipes in the past. The angel chicken recipe is very rich. I found the wild rice one to be a little bland for my personal taste.
I made the Crockpot Chicken Tetrazzini and tossed in towards the end some leftover veggies I had that were almost ready to be tossed…a mix of red, yellow and green peppers as well as broccoli. It was so good and the yummy sauce made the veggies (which usually I don’t like) so much better!
