I made this recipe for me and my sister. We loved it.!!
There was a large portion left over. Can you freeze the leftovers?
I am not sure I understand the amount of baked beans. Does 16-28 mean we choose between 16 to 28 oz? Do we use 16 PLUS 28 oz? (I know this recipe came out several years ago. It’s doubtful I’ll get an answer, but figured I’d take a chance. Ha)
Nevermind. I guess Christy (kind of?) answered this in the prefaced blog. ♀️
that bean recipe looks so delicious that I am going to gather up what’s needed and make it.I have a question….I have never heard of butter beans, what are they and is there a substitution?
Thank you for posting all these wonderful recipes!
Butter beans are essentially Lima Beans. Lots of substitutions! Canelli, Navy Beans, or Great Northern Beans will do.
These sound delicious! So gonna try it. Oh and throw a weenie at ya for asking if ya can use Dijon. I laughed out loud. Love your sense of humor
