  • light brown sugar

  • granulated sugar

  • an egg

  • all-purpose flour

  • baking soda

  • salt

For the Filling:
  • unsalted butter

  • cookie butter

  • vanilla

  • powdered sugar

How to Make Cookie Butter Sandwich Cookies

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Filling

  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

    1. Cookie Butter is actually Biscoff Butter. It is creamy and looks like peanut butter, but the taste is sweeter, with a touch of cinnamon. You should have no trouble finding it. Just look for “Biscoff Butter”. Hope this helps!

    1. Cookie butter is like a sweet peanut butter. It has the texture of peanut butter. It is delicious …. I always buy mine at Trader Joe’s because I like it best. But, most grocery stores carry it and it should be in the peanut butter section.
