Don’t you just love seeing the gorgeous food on the cover of each issue of Southern Living? Today I thought it might be fun if you join me in my kitchen while I cook the cover!
Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.
For this recipe, pick up a copy of the November 2011 issue of Southern Living or visit them online at SouthernLiving.com (click here to go directly to the recipe).
But I *really* think you should get a copy because there are 103 recipes in this issue alone!

Thank you, Jenny!
I use your cookbook and sit at least 4 days a week..I love that my kids actually eat when I use your stuff. Congrats on the huge following 🙂
Would love to cook with you:)
I look forward to your cheery comments and wonderful southern recipes everyday!
congratulations on 30,000! Sure they want be disappointed! I am so thankful today to see you fix something in a 9 x 13 pan that the recipe calls for a springform pan to bake in. I don’t have one so when I found a recipe that called for one I just didn’t make it. Just love it when I can pull out the old 9 x 13 pan to bake in. Can’t wait to try out this recipe and think I will make it for my churches homecoming dinner in Nov.
Congrats! You’re an inspiration!
I love SouthernPlate.com and send my friends over constantly for recipes on your site. Thanks so much for sharing these recipes – It’s like sharing love!
I’ll definately be picking up the latest issue because I love the Holiday recipes. The pumpkin pecan cheesecake sounds fab. Congrats on the 30K FB follows!
