Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.

I’ve been a fan since your first small cookbook and just love your step-by-step recipes. I tell anyone who has isn’t very skilled in the kitchen to go to your website if they need to learn anything about cooking and baking!!!!! Thanks for all you do Christy and keep up the wonderful work!!!!!
