Don’t you just love seeing the gorgeous food on the cover of each issue of Southern Living? Today I thought it might be fun if you join me in my kitchen while I cook the cover!
Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.
For this recipe, pick up a copy of the November 2011 issue of Southern Living or visit them online at SouthernLiving.com (click here to go directly to the recipe).
But I *really* think you should get a copy because there are 103 recipes in this issue alone!
“If we magnified blessings as much as we magnify disappointments, we would all be much happier.”

Thank you, Jenny!
Sounds yummy as most all you make…thanks for all you do!
Wow! A yummy way to start my morniong! I have my S.L. issue & had already read the recipe to my hubbie. Glad to know about the 9×13 adjustments; like you, I have a springform “around here somewhere” but would rather go the easy route! Now if only I had your leftovers – what a great breakfast THAT would be!
Congrats! Love your stuff, you make it easy. Would love to have a signed cookbook!
I’ve always wanted a copy of your cookbook. I checked it out at the library and thought I would put it on my Christmas list.
Love getting your email ideas and would love to have a cookbook!
Congrats! I found your site about a month ago and I am so glad I did. I have made several of your recipes already. Keep up the good work!
I mean from Southern Plate, not fron Southern Plate. Haven’t had my coffee yet.
