Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.

I was just looking at the cover this morning thinking. “This cheesecake looks so good…I wonder if it could be baked in a 9×13.” I came to your site looking for a crockpot recipe, and…VOILA! There was the answer to my question! I’m going to make this for Thanksgiving now, knowing that it can be done.
