Many of you have written that you are having a difficult time finding Pioneer Baking Mix in your local Wal Marts. I spoke with my extremely kind contact at Pioneer and she says they are working on getting it back in all of the stores. If you’ll just let the manager know you want it, they can get it in for you!
Also courtesy of Pioneer Brand, here is a recipe and photo for ya! I haven’t got to try this yet so y’all let me know if you do! I hope to make it this week because it sure looks good (I’m making it for supper one night!).

Hello Christy , I just wanted to say I love your web site .
I can’t waite to hear what great recipe you have to share with your fans . I have a son and he is o’most impossible to fill up .
I use a lot of bread products to fill him up . The pizza casserole was a big hit with my family . It had rave reviews from my husband .
He liked the idea I was learning new recipes from a southern cook .
When someone ask him where he is from he says the Great State of Alabama . He has been in Texas for a number of years ,but he still has the southern drawl .Thanks for the great recipes and the ones to come , Victoria
Looks great!!! I am a southern girl, now living in the midwest. Would love to see more Pioneer products here.
Now this looks good!
I need quick and easy recipes, which is why I have the cookbook–this would go a ways to helping there!
Thanks for having all these giveaways, what fun!
