Chicken Patties

– Shredded Chicken – Milk – Saltine crackers – Poultry seasoning – Onion – Eggs

Combine chicken and cracker crumbs in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.

Then pour this mixture into the chicken and stir until well combined.

Form into 5-7 patties, freeze if desired, and cook in a skillet with oil over medium heat until browned on both sides.
