Crockpot pulled pork – A pork roast – Salt – Pepper – Brown sugar – Apple cider vinegar – Crushed red pepper flakes – Hot sauce
To make Crockpot Pulled Pork, season pork roast with salt and pepper, then cook in slow cooker with apple cider vinegar on low for 12 hours. Remove and shred pork, reserving 2 cups of cooking liquid.
Mix reserved liquid with brown sugar, hot sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes, then pour over shredded pork and return to slow cooker. Keep warm until serving.
For Yeast Rolls, combine dry ingredients, then mix in shortening, eggs, melted butter, and water.
Let dough rise, then shape into rolls and let rise again before baking at 350°F for 25 minutes. Brush with melted butter after baking.
For Vinegar Slaw, mix shredded cabbage with vinegar and sugar, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving
Assemble Pulled Pork Sliders by placing pulled pork and vinegar slaw on slider buns. Serve.
