For Cinnamon Love Knots, thaw dough balls on a baking spray-sprayed plate. Melt margarine, mix cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough into six-inch tubes, tie into knots.
Dip in margarine, roll in cinnamon sugar, place on a greased pan, let rise for 1.5-2 hours. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. For icing, soften cream cheese and margarine, blend in a mixing bowl.
Add sugar, flavoring, and cinnamon; mix until smooth. Serve with warm rolls.
