– Dark chocolate or bittersweet baking chocolate – Unsalted butter – Confectioners’ sugar – Eggs – All-purpose flour – Vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven and spray ramekins. Melt chocolate and butter, whisk until smooth.
Add sugar, eggs, and yolk, whisk until smooth. Stir in flour.
Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
Cool for 1 minute, then flip onto plates. Optionally top with ice cream and serve warm.
