– Boneless skinless chicken breast – Greek yogurt – Salt and black pepper – Red chili powder – Ginger garlic paste – Garam masala – Coriander – Butter – Onion
Marinate chicken pieces in a mixture of yogurt, spices, and herbs. Sauté butter in an Instant Pot, cook chicken until light brown, then set aside.
Sauté cashews and onions, blend into a paste. Sauté ginger garlic paste, spices, and add the cashew onion paste, followed by tomato puree.
Add chicken, water, pressure cook for 10 minutes, then allow natural release.
Finish with Kasuri Methi, garam masala, sugar, ketchup, cream, and butter. Garnish with cilantro, serve hot with rice or bread.
