– Green bell peppers – Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread and Muffin Mix – Buttermilk – Egg – Browned sweet Italian sausage – Onion – Jalapeno peppers
Heat oven to 400°F, cut bell peppers, remove ribs and seeds, and mix cornbread mix, buttermilk, egg.
Add sausage, onion, jalapeos, tomatoes, green chilies, and cheese blend.
Bake pepper rings for 30 to 35 minutes, top with mozzarella cheese and cool before serving.
