  1. I found your dehydrating video on YouTube today and enjoyed it a great deal. Then I went searching for your other video’s on dehydrating. I have one of those round dehydrator’s with the white trays, had it for years but hardly ever used it. Last week I got some containers of pre cut carrots & celery, & diced onions from my local food pantry. After watching your videos I pulled out the trays and filled them up with the chopped vegetables. They are going to be dried overnight and then put into containers for future use come the fall. Now I have ready made mirepoix and stuffing ingredients. Thanks for posting your videos. You’ve opened my eyes to more possibilities with dehydrated foods. And to think I was spending money on dried celery. SMH!

  2. Thank you do you think the ratio would be the same for medium grain rice. I got the only bag of rice the store had after going to three stores.
